1. PyrNet CLI

Processing of PyrNet data from raw -> l1a -> l1b data level and other usage of other utilities can be done using the commandline interface (CLI). After installation of the PyrNet python module, pyrnet can be evoked from the command line from which functions defined in click.py can be used.
